We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible.
For Digital Product Purchases:
Since all our products are delivered digitally and accessible instantly or shortly after purchase, orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
For Service Subscriptions (e.g., Branding Packages, SEO Plans):
- You may cancel a monthly service subscription at any time by emailing us at support@branddigital.org.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
- No partial refunds will be provided for services already rendered in the current billing period.
For Custom Orders:
Custom projects can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided work has not yet started. After this, partial cancellation charges may apply based on the amount of work completed.
