At BrandDigital.org, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer digital products and services with utmost transparency and value. However, due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is structured as follows:
Eligible for Refund
- Duplicate Payment: If you’ve been charged more than once for the same product or service, we’ll refund the extra amount.
- Non-Delivery: If you do not receive access to a purchased product or service within the specified delivery period (usually 24–48 hours), please contact us.
- Technical Errors: If you experience a persistent issue with a digital product or service (e.g., file not opening or incomplete download) and our support team cannot resolve it, you may be eligible for a refund.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to read product/service descriptions.
- Incompatibility with your system after delivery (please review system requirements before purchasing).
- Custom or personalized digital services that have already been initiated or completed.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email us at support@branddigital.org within 7 days of purchase. Please include:
- Order ID or transaction receipt
- Product/service name
- Reason for the refund request
Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
